A great start to 2014. Brewing, bottling, trial batches on ePICO and recipe writing and preparing for a new specialty beer (to be brewed next week).
The new blog seems to be going well, generating a bit of interest. I was interviewed this afternoon by the Herald on Sunday. Will have to wait and see how they spin the story about the “How to open a beer the NZ way” video.
